Kaila Harunzade is a multidisciplinary artist from Los Angeles, currently studying Studio Art and Psychology at New York University.

With a passion for visual storytelling and
a deep appreciation for art history,
Kaila’s work explores themes of identity, voyeurism, and what it means to be
a stranger to oneself and to others.

Driven by a fascination with the construct of strangers, Kaila’s work seeks to expose the unknown and illuminate what often goes unseen  in human connection.

Through her creative practice, Kaila seeks to bridge her artistic background with her understanding of psychology, crafting compelling visual narratives that spark meaningful dialogue.

Kaila’s achievements include recognition as a Presidential Scholar in the Arts, a YoungArts Finalist, and participation in the global photography project "Inside Out" by JR.
